Brisbane Electrical designs custom based solutions for mobile chemical dosing skids to suit individual site requirements using our inhouse design and fabrication department.
They are skidmounted modules that can be transported to any site and allows for a quick site installation to allow the customer to commence dosing almost immediately and ensures site integration to meet client requirements.
These typically include bunds, service water storage tanks, pumps and accessories to ensure compliance with their standards, compatibility of materials and ease of installation. Each package is assembled within a frame and skid base to ensure a small footprint on-site and can be set up to allow external monitoring and dosing.
The complete dosing setup is designed to make dosing technology available as a complete package with all necessary pipework, valves and dosing pumps and control all in the one unit. We can deliver standard or custom built systems to suit client specifications providing flexibility by design through the following
